our games stand out everywhere, all the time...
Our games have been played and rated by many influental people and media we recognise as pioneers of ‘our life spent playing games’, such are John Romero, Kotaku, The Gamer, Japan Media Arts Festival, Nintendo, IGN and many others…. We have also been featured and exhibited in worldwide galleries, such is the “Fondation Cartier pour l’art contemporain” in Paris and Gallerie d’Italia at Palazzo Leoni Montanari in Vicenza.
At this moment, the studio is in prototype development phase, working on two premium titles, so in case you’re the right* publisher, interested in signing creative games, let us know.
Currently, Fuchs+Dachs studio is led by Sanja Čežek. Sanja is Serbia-born, Art-schooled hybrid creative, who started her career as a freelancer and since 2007 she changed many industry fields, such are app and web development, mobile game dev, advertising & marketing, graphic design and premium game design. Even though she managed winning awards and gaining recognition in all aforementioned fields, after releasing Ministry of Broadcast game - she profoundly fell in love with the act of designing strong premium game concepts and direction, while prioritizing ‘having fun at work’.
Dusan is leading the couple’s newly founded AA game dev studio “Place of Departure”, that has recently announced their new 3D Platformer at 2024 Gamescom.
*Some of our fundamental beliefs:
-
We believe that games are art that is fun to play. That said, the whole concept should make sense from the beginning to its end, wrapped up in a lovely marketing campaign and media coverage.
-
We have been independent ever since we started our journey - maintaining our focus on quality, rather than the quantity/revenue/trends.
-
We prioritize our family life, which does not mean we don't give our hearts to games. We just think mental and physical health is above work.
-
We set milestones according to our capabilities, we never over-promise and under-deliver. Those are our rules keeping our minds sharp and relationships honest.
-
We rarely follow trends, but we follow up with them.
-
We also get asked about this phrase a lot. It means what it means, we are professionals with an art and advertising background, who've been around long enough to do whatever we need to feel good and make sense of our jobs.
